At Indigo, we’re a team of killers. But Jada takes it literally… She’s been shooting rifles since she was 3, joined the Army straight out of school, and now she’s shooting straight FI-YAH with her involvement in Ngāi Tai Ki Tāmaki, as well as being our Boss Lady. She loves Indigo because “we may be small but our teeth are sharp”. And with Aunty Jada at the helm, you best believe it.

Andy “I’ve got a guy for that” Hamilton possibly knows every single game-changer in the world. Former CEO of the Icehouse, Andy radiates love from every pore and is fanatical about helping businesses realise their dreams. The man loves a challenge, so he’s teaching himself Te Reo. His favourite phrase is ‘Tautiaki ngā tāngata, arohaina, tautoko atu, ā, noho tahi atu’ — ‘Let’s look after the people, love them, help them and be with them’. That’s f***ing beautiful.

When an all-staff survey was taken at Indigo, Kate was voted Hardest Worker, Most Attractive, and Favourite Overall Human. She also wrote all the words on this website. Kate loves finding problems and solving them with human emotion. She is often found wrapped up in a blanket with a glass of red wine, swaying to Fleetwood Mac, and dreaming of a Croatian summer.

He’s a clothing company owner, designer, podcaster, family man, mental health advocate, Indigo partner… and pro footy player. But Ardie’s still humble. When we asked him for a surprising fact, he said he was the Head Prefect at his high school. Anyone surprised? Ardie loves that the Indigo team are a bunch of killers, shaking up the system, and fighting the status quo, BLESSGO!

Margie’s dream job was to be a flight attendant. But fortunately she chose HR instead, and flew straight into our hearts. Margie is passionate about uplifting and inspiring others, she’s the ultimate cheerleader, and has the best eyebrows in the office. We’re lucky that our HR Queen is so lenient on Pat and Hamy, because anyone else would have kicked them out months ago.

You might know him as the former Warriors’ captain and NZ boxing champion. But this is Monty’s Second Act. He’s a lover AND a fighter. Monty brings his fighting high-performance skills into business, connections, and leadership at Indigo. But he also loves sitting down with his wife and watching reality TV. Monty, will you accept this rose?

Sharky puts her heart and soul into everything she does: from killing it for the NZ Maori Ferns, to all the behind-the-scenes mahi that keeps Indigo alive. It’s no wonder she falls asleep standing up… Sharky used to have long curly hair, but now she’s keeping all the barbershops in South Auckland in business with the sharpest cuts in the office.

He’s a fierce fighter on the basketball court, the winner of the most NZ NBL championships, and the only guy who’s ever pulled off frosted tips. But somehow, Dillon stays humble. And is probably the nicest guy in the country. Dills smashes it at Indigo while juggling his basketball commitments. And he loves Indigo “for the people and culture.” We love you too Dills!

PJ loves lazy Sunday afternoons, pizza, tequila, and PUNK ROCK! He is Indigo’s man-of-all-media, editing-master, videographer, photographer, and unofficial IT expert. And he makes a great playlist. PJ’s claims to fame are cooking 2 Minute Noodles in just 1.5 minutes, and slamming revolving doors. Which is incidentally a great punk rock band name.

Tys is all about her whānau. And every time someone joins Indigo, her whānau gets a little bigger. As Team Mum, Tys organises all of us and keeps us in check. And we do as we’re told, because we don’t want her to give up on us and escape to Morocco. Top tip for staying in Tys’ good books: NEVER set the speaker volume to an even number. Just don’t.

Family man, sneakerhead, hip hop master, design god, urban fashion legend. Is there anything he can’t do? Jah started his creative career in 1996 at a graffiti course in West Auckland for ‘at-risk’ youth. It changed his life. And he’s about to change yours. Jah loves Indigo because “Iron sharpens iron.” You can’t argue with that. And we recommend you don’t, or he might head-butt you.

RTS is all in with everything he does, from captaining the Warriors, to being a Partner at Indigo, and caring for his family. Even with all his success, he’s found that his number one joy is helping others succeed. And there’s no question that Indigo and RTS are both stronger together. We’re just grateful he didn’t follow his dream of becoming the next Mark Wahlberg.

Uncle Pat is the creative mastermind and co-founder of Indigo. He’s as calm and wild as the ocean he loves, the most passionate person you’ll ever meet, and has been known to make people cry in meetings. But like, in a good way. He loves that Indigo helps incredible people change the world. And well, he’s one of them.
